Here is my Self Hypnosis Audio.

As a client of Behypnotherapy, you are welcome to download and use it.

Many clients find that listening to the audio regularly helps them feel calmer and improves sleep, especially when they listen at bed time.

Just gently focus on the voice and allow your mind to drift in and out. Don’t try to achieve anything in particular. It doesn’t matter if you become sleepy, just allow your mind to go with its own flow and the audio will do its best work.

Cautionary Note: Do not listen to the audio whilst driving or operating any machinery or equipment.
